Colaborar junto con el Director de Food & Beverage con el objetivo de brindar apoyo administrativo, documental y organizativo al departamento de F&B, garantizando el correcto control de registros, documentación, cartelería, inventarios y comunicaciones internas, contribuyendo a la eficiencia operativa diaria del área. Responsabilidades Clave Gestionar, revisar, actualizar y archivar toda la documentación del área, tanto física como digital (APPCC, Calidad, Selectiva, registros diarios, checklists, formularios y listados). Sustituir documentación obsoleta y asegurar que toda la información operativa y normativa esté actualizada. Preparar y actualizar menús, cartelería, impresos y materiales informativos para los distintos puntos de venta según cambios operativos. Recibir, revisar y distribuir comunicaciones internas, coordinando las necesidades administrativas con los responsables de área. Apoyar la preparación de auditorías internas y externas (APPCC / Calidad) y garantizar que la documentación requerida esté completa y organizada. Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar un flujo administrativo eficiente y contribuir al correcto funcionamiento del área de F&B. ¿Qué te ofrecemos? Reports to the Commercial Director. Your day-to-day * Actively prospect and qualify new business. * Achieve personal and team goals as assigned. * Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines. * Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banquet/catering event orders. * May assist in developing and implementing sales plans. * Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients. * Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients. * Follow up with clients regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings. You'll report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.     Como Director(a) de Hotel , supervisarás las operaciones diarias del hotel y proporcionarás liderazgo y dirección estratégica a todos los departamentos en apoyo de la cultura de servicio, la maximización de las operaciones y la satisfacción de los huéspedes. Planificarás y supervisarás las actividades de los miembros del equipo para garantizar un funcionamiento fluido y rentable del negocio. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Analizar los informes de operaciones y la cuenta de gestión de los hoteles, estudiando los diferentes parámetros así como su evolución. Elaborar los presupuestos anuales del hotel, en base a los objetivos comerciales definidos por la Dirección, mercado, entorno y ventas históricas. Garantizar que los costes y la productividad se adaptan a los resultados de ingresos. Gestionar la actividad comercial del hotel junto con el departamento comercial, diseñando la estructura tarifaria en base a la política comercial definida, nivel de ocupación y evolución del mercado. Identificar oportunidades comerciales, contactar con potenciales clientes y realizar visitas y presentaciones de los servicios del hotel. Además, intentar averiguar el potencial de negocio adicional de nuestros huéspedes internos, y también buscar a los huéspedes perdidos. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con Ventas, así como con el departamento de Revenue Management, para maximizar los ingresos por habitación. Gestionar y coordinar la implementación de las diferentes políticas y proyectos corporativos definidos junto con el departamento corporativo correspondiente (CRM & Fidelización, Marketing, Calidad, Experiencia del Cliente, etc). Comunicarse con los clientes cuando sea oportuno (darles la bienvenida en las instalaciones, atender sus quejas, buscar soluciones a los problemas, ofrecer información, etc.). Representar a la empresa y al hotel en diversas ocasiones dentro de las comunidades en las que operamos. Inspeccionar periódicamente las instalaciones y velar por el estricto cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad. Controlar y desarrollar el rendimiento de los miembros del equipo, proporcionando supervisión, desarrollo profesional, evaluaciones y ofreciendo reconocimiento y recompensa. Contratar, entrevistar y formar a los miembros del equipo. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Subdirector, preferiblemente en un hotel de similar tamaño y complejidad. Muy valorable experiencia internacional y/o haber desempeñado funciones en más de un hotel. Licenciatura o diplomatura en Administración de Empresas, Dirección Hotelera o campo relacionado. Buen conocimiento de los principios de gestión de ingresos y políticas comerciales. Conocimiento práctico de varios programas informáticos (Microsoft Office, etc.) y sistemas de Front Office. Imprescindible dominio del idioma local y nivel alto de inglés. Orientación a resultados y al detalle Alto nivel de conciencia comercial y capacidad de venta. Excelentes dotes de gestión y liderazgo.
