    What's the job? As bell staff you are responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel, as well as help them with luggage. Reports to the Front Desk Manager. Your day-to-day * Greet all guests upon arrival. * Assist guests with luggage to their rooms promptly when checking in and upon checking out. * Promote all hotel functions and facilities. * Inform incoming guests on the following while assisting them to their room: storage area, restaurant hours, the events happening in the hotel, health club information, emergency procedures; equipment and exit paths. * Once in guest room, provide the guest with the following information: basic telephone instructions, procedures for charging items to one's rooms, heating and air conditioning, laundry procedures, door lock and key use, room directory, etc. * Remove trash, papers, cans, bottles, cups, etc., in lobby area. * Assist guest with general information when Front Office is not available. * Possess knowledge of the community and area in which the hotel is located to assist guests with information on special events (sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and restaurants). * Polish and clean bell carts daily. * Assist guests into automobiles or taxi. * Prevent entrance of unauthorized or undesirable persons. * Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly matter.     Job Description Set up & coordinate the in resort team before the season: ● Assist the Resort Manager to recruit and onboard onsite teams, organize in house trainings matching Le Collectionist standards. ● Ensure office space, cars, housing if needed matching allocated budget. ● Implement company tools and adapt routines to the team. ● Source, compile and contract with contractors and 3rd parties when applicable (cleaning & needed 3rd parties for the season). ● Plan and coordinate weekly staffing needs, managing staff working hours to comply with regulations. ● Manage resort accounts, cash floats, and operating budgets ● Liaise with the regional management team. ● Order amenities & marketing goodies needed from the central office (bizops). ● Oversea in resort stock management. ● Organize welcome baskets local contracts or with regional/central offices when needed. ● Organize pre arrival team meetings to coordinate weekend arrivals. Ensure in-season smooth run and focus on optimal guest experience: ● Oversea properties pre-season house inspection with supply teams support to ensure all houses are ready and up to Le Collectionist’s standards. ● Support pre-arrival teams with sourcing/testing services and experiences matching the company standards. ● Support destinations Ibiza/Mallorca/ or Marbella and properties sales training. ● Supervise the welcoming of each of our customers while adhering to Le Collectionist brand standards, Dispatching Check-in & check out amongst the team, ensuring all guests are being welcomed according to Le Collectionist standards and process. ● Ensure all properties are ready up to standard and personalized as per guest’s requirements before check in.. ● Customer experience management: act as the guardian of the quality of guest reception and the effective resolution of any issues raised during their stay. This includes supporting your teams responding to dissatisfied customer requests and assisting with their complaints. ● Internal coordination: act as an essential coordination point between our customers and various internal teams such as Sales, and Supply to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Resort Manager ensures that problem resolutions are handled by the appropriate individuals. (Ensure report and follow up of any issue or damage in CRM for optimal communication and history). Qualifications Profile: ● An interest in, or sensitivity to, the luxury and hospitality sector ● Bilingual in English and Spanish: fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of a third language like French is a plus ● Based in Mallorca, Ibiza or Marbella ● Experience(s) in luxury rental management ● Valid driving license ● Highly organized and punctual ● Hospitality skills and know-how ● Strong leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and developing teams ● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to establish strong relationships with customers ● Proficiency in CRM tools: experience with CRM software preferred Work Schedule and Specifics ⚠️ Our presence on-site and the standards of our sector require working on Saturdays and Sundays (hotel model), especially during the high season. Work is organized in rotation with the rest of the onsite team and overtime may be recovered. About the role At Four Seasons Hotel Madrid we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! This position will be based in Madrid and will support Talent Acquisition for both Four Season Hotel Madrid and Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates. She/he will efficiently coordinate interviews, tracking feedback, maintaining talent management systems and being fully responsible for the internship programs. What you will do Assist the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager with the full-cycle recruitment of line staff positions. Posting job requisitions on various job boards (Workday, InfoJobs, school portals), as well as promoting job openings on LinkedIn Manage the hotel internship program, including selection of candidates, administration of agreements with universities, participation in campus recruitment, and enhancing the interns’ experience through events and performance follow-up. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the screening process. Conduct structured interviews with candidates, evaluate their qualifications and fit for the role, and accurately complete the interview guide. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. Manage candidate communications, providing timely updates and answering queries. Maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Support recruitment marketing efforts, including Bootcamps, Talent Days, campus recruitment programs, and employer branding initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process. Continuously improve recruitment processes by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements. Participate in other Talent Acquisition projects, as well as other People & Culture related tasks, as needed. What you bring Proven experience of at least 1 year supporting high-volume recruitment processes, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with managers and communicate clearly and effectively with candidates. Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Previous experience using Workday is desirable, as well as job boards such as Infojobs. Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills to streamline recruitment processes. Basic knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience managing internship programs, university relations, or campus recruiting is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Fluency in Spanish and English is required fir this position.
