    ¿Cuál será tu misión? Como ayudante de cocina trabajarás en estrecho contacto con los supervisores de cocina y cocineros(as)y les ayudarás realizando una serie de tareas de preparación de alimentos. También realizarás todas las tareas de limpieza, lavado y preparación necesarias en la cocina para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Preparar y conservar los ingredientes necesarios para el servicio según recetas o menú. Controlar y garantizar el uso correcto de la temperatura de los electrodomésticos y los alimentos. Colaborar en la preparación y presentación de platos de alta calidad para las operaciones diarias según recetas/menú dentro de las directrices de la empresa. Controlar la cantidad de comida que se prepara y las raciones que se sirven. Conocimiento y aplicación del sistema FIFO. Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y bien organizada. Colaborar en la preparación de todos los mise-en-place para todos los menús pertinentes. Ayudar a los cocineros durante los periodos de mayor actividad. Conocimiento y aplicación de todas las normas/reglamentos pertinentes del departamento de sanidad (APPCC). Preparación. Uso y mantenimiento de las herramientas necesarias para cada uno de los servicios prestados. ¿Qué buscamos? Horario de 6:00 a 14:00 de Lunes a Viernes (a excepción de algún fin de semana) Experiencia mínima de 6 meses desarrollando funciones similares, preferiblemente en un hotel de tamaño y complejidad similares. Título de bachillerato o formación profesional en hostelería/F&B/cocina. Imprescindible dominio del idioma local y muy valorable conocimientos de inglés. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.     What's the job? As Sales Executive, under the general direction of the Commercial Director or his/her delegate, and within the limits of the established IHG and local Hotel policies and procedures, is responsible for booking and servicing group enquiries while providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients of the Hotel.
