Luxury Real Estate Agency
We are a growing luxury real estate agency and we are looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for all guests visiting the company.
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer, screen and forward telephone calls and enquiries from our clients
- Introduce and update our database system
- Give support to the commercial teams
- File documents as needed
- Update and control properties portals
- University degree in Tourism or similar studies required.
- Previous customer service experience in an international company
- Fluent in English and Spanish (another language is a plus)
- Resolute and highly motivated with a proactive attitude
- Polite and extremelly organized, demostrating pleasant manners
- Ability to maintain discretion and strict confidentiality.
- Strong MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- An indefinite full time position from Monday to Saturday

- Completed training
