We are seeking a Payroll Manager committed to excellence, with a strong background in financial management and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance in all compensation processes. You will join a demanding and dynamic corporate environment where information integrity, confidentiality, and efficiency are fundamental pillars. You will be responsible for the full administration of payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance, process optimization, and alignment with the organization’s financial and strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include… End-to-end payroll management: calculation, review, and monthly closing. Registering and deregistering employees with Social Security. Processing and monitoring wage garnishment communications from any public administration. Inclusion and control of salary variables and contributory items in payroll. Preparation, control, and submission of forms 190 and 111. Management and reconciliation of monthly social security contributions. Payroll accounting reconciliation after payments are made. Control and management of personal income tax (IRPF), including for foreign employees. Collaboration with the Finance department to ensure accurate accounting of labor costs. Payroll and accounting data auditing. What we expect from you… Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar. Solid experience in payroll management and Social Security contributions. Knowledge of the Hospitality Collective Bargaining Agreement of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Team management and supervision experience. Knowledge of current labor and tax regulations. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate–advanced level). Role Summary As Director of Engineering , you will be the driving force behind the property’s engineering and maintenance operations.
