ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: As a Booking Agent (M/F), you will report to the Supervisor of Central Reservation Office of Minor Hotels in Madrid and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the reservation service in the different channels, direct or indirect, from the reservation request until its confirmation, provide information about the hotels, products and services offered. He will also be responsible for carrying out up-selling and cross-selling actions, actively contributing to the increase in revenue and decisively exceeding customer expectations, guaranteeing an excellent service. Sobre el puesto: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid está buscando a un/a Ayudante de operario de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición da apoyo en el mantenimiento de todas las instalaciones del hotel, llevando a cabo acciones de mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones en la sala de máquinas (incluyendo calefacción, instalación eléctrica, aire acondicionado, fontanería y refrigeración). El puesto también incluye aprender varios sistemas informáticos técnicos. Lo que harás: • Realizar tareas de carpintería, electricidad, fontanería, pintura y pladur como parte del trabajo del día a día. • Trabajar en equipo de manera coordinada y profesional junto con compañeros y supervisores. • Actuar ante las llamadas de los huéspedes relacionadas tanto con el mantenimiento de habitaciones y su equipamiento como en áreas públicas. • Actuar ante cualquier tipo de emergencia como fuego o fallos de tensión eléctrica. • Limpiar todos los centros de trabajo de mantenimiento, manchas de grasa, fugas de fontanería y mantener organizado el departamento. Lo que aportas: Nuestro/a candidato/a ideal tiene excelentes dotes de comunicación y grandes habilidades de resolución de problemas. Hablar inglés es recomendable, pero no necesario. Los/las candidatos/as deben tener un horario flexible con posibilidad de trabajar tanto festivos como fines de semana.
