    ABOUT US The Experimental Group was founded in 2007 by three childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. Xavier Padovani later joined them and shared their vision: to offer the ultimate hospitality experience to an ever-demanding clientele. Celebrated for bringing the cocktail bar culture to Paris, the Experimental Group operates cocktail bars, but also wine bars, restaurants, and then from 2015 Hotels. Destinations diversify over the years, starting with European capitals like Paris and London, to more seasonal locations such as Ibiza or Menorca for the summer or the ski slopes of Verbier and Val d'Isère for the winter. The group also have properties in Venice, New York, Biarritz, and the Cotswolds. ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL BEACH IBIZA Experimental Beach is set amongst the picturesque Salinas natural park. The bar & restaurant is set on the beach, overlooking the sea where the sunset is one of the best on the island. The menu is inspired by the history and culture of the Balearics Islands, and the cocktail menu is a twist on what Experimental knows best : a touch of eccentric whimsy with a nod to the classics. ABOUT THE JOB No accommodation provided. English is required. Under the responsibility of the Shop Manager, you will need to: Ensure the welcome, care, and loyalty-building of customers. Promote, advise, and sell the products of the store. Guarantee service excellence according to the Experimental Beach standards, Ensure the store is well-maintained. Manage the cash register. ABOUT YOU You have experience in sales or retail. You have an excellent presentation, a very good sense of contact, service, and welcoming towards a demanding and upscale clientele. Descripción del empleo - Coordinar y supervisar las actividades diarias del personal de limpieza. - Mantener altos estándares de limpieza y presentación en todas las áreas del hotel. - Realizar inspecciones regulares de habitaciones y áreas comunes. - Mantener altos estándares de calidad en la presentación y sabor de los platos. - Supervisar y gestionar el inventario de suministros de limpieza, realizando pedidos según sea necesario. - Colaborar con otros departamentos, como recepción y mantenimiento, para garantizar una operación hotelera cohesionada. - Manejar quejas y solicitudes de las huéspedes relacionadas con la limpieza y el estado de las habitaciones. - Mantener registros y documentación precisa de las actividades diarias, incluyendo el estado de las habitaciones y cualquier problema identificado. - Gestionar de manera adecuada los residuos generados durante la preparación de habitaciones y áreas comunes. Requisitos - Experiencia previa en roles de limpieza o housekeeping, con al menos dos años de experiencia en supervisión. - Familiaridad con las prácticas y estándares de limpieza en la industria hotelera. - Conocimiento de productos de limpieza y técnicas eficaces. - Habilidades sólidas de liderazgo y capacidad para dirigir y motivar a un equipo de limpieza - Habilidades de comunicación claras y efectivas, tanto para interactuar con el personal como para abordar inquietudes de los huéspedes.
