Descripción En Pure Salt Luxury Hotels , buscamos un/a Conserje de noche para colaborar con el departamento de Recepción de nuestro Hotel 5* Pure Salt Port de Sóller para recibir a los clientes desde su llegada, prestándoles la ayuda que necesiten, facilitándoles información, acompañarles a las habitaciones velando de su seguridad y bienestar Las principales responsabilidades incluyen: Efectuar tareas de check-in y check-out. Tratamiento de comunicaciones internas y externas. Asistencia al departamento de recepción. Informar a los clientes sobre las demandas requeridas sobre el uso del establecimiento, zonas comerciales y culturales y otros sitios de interés. Control de entrada y salida de objetos, mercancías, proveedores y personal. Comunicación de incidencias al departamento correspondiente. Realización de tareas administrativas pertinentes. Colaborar en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de satisfacción de clientes. Cumplir con las normas en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales establecidos. Perfil del candidato/a: Buscamos a un/a profesional con un fuerte sentido de la hospitalidad y con experiencia en el sector de gran lujo. Los requisitos mínimos son: Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia posiciones similares dentro del sector de la hostelería, preferiblemente en hoteles de cinco estrellas. Poseer el título FP medio en Gestión de Alojamiento Turístico o similar. Imprescindible tener un nivel alto de inglés y Alemán. Conocimiento profundo de técnicas de atención al cliente. Whether you're preparing drinks exactly as our guests want or serving them delicious food, you'll be devoted to creating relaxing, memorable experiences. Reports to the Restaurant Manager. Your day-to-day: * Create a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each guest's experience. * Describe the selection of drinks and menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation methods. * Set up your outlet - stock up on all the supplies you'll need and manage your inventory. * Ensure that food and beverages are well stocked. * Ensure overall cleanliness and maintenance of the working area. * Be ready to jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help, that might include serving other outlets like rooms service, bar or terrace. * Work with your restaurant and kitchen colleagues to offer a seamless food service. * Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations. * Report and follow up on maintenance and repairs and for the cleanliness of the bar. * Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items. * Supervise the pool area to make sure every guest is following the stated rules and there is no issues. What we need from you * 2+ years' experience working within hotel/restaurant. * Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. As a Front Office Agent, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. Reports to the Restaurant Manager. Your day-to-day * Support the Food & Beverage Manager in any required task. * Manage beverage control including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns and food standards. * Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property. * Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures. * Monitor adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures. * Ensure Bar team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations. * Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. * Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. * Ensure that the Bar team is continually trained in product knowledge, all menus and Hotel initiatives. * Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards. * Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management valuable. * 2+ years' experience working in Food and Beverage department as supervisor. * Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
