    Buscamos incorporar un/a Maitre de Sala con experiencia en servicio a la carta y sensibilidad por el trato al cliente, para liderar junto a un compañero la operativa diaria de nuestra sala. Nuestra taberna asador combina el sabor de lo tradicional con el apoyo de herramientas digitales actuales, como sistemas de reservas y gestión de cobro. El servicio se basa en una atención cercana, con platos a la vista del cliente y una propuesta centrada en el producto leonés, por lo que se valorará especialmente el conocimiento de este tipo de cocina. La persona seleccionada formará parte del equipo de gestión, trabajando en coordinación con otro encargado/a y el director del establecimiento. Funciones principales: Coordinación y supervisión del servicio de sala. Atención al cliente en servicio a la carta. Gestión de reservas digitales y organización de turnos. Seguimiento de comandas y coordinación con cocina. Control de cobros, arqueos y uso del TPV. Colaboración en la formación y motivación del equipo. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en restaurantes a la carta como encargado/a de sala o similar. Conocimiento de la cocina tradicional leonesa. Buen manejo de herramientas digitales de reservas y cobro. Perfil orientado al cliente, resolutivo y con buena capacidad de organización. Condiciones: Contrato a jornada completa con dos días libres rotativos. Turnos mixtos (comidas y cenas organizados en función de la operativa). Incorporación al equipo de gestión junto a otro Maitre y el director.     Camiral Golf and Wellness, busca para el departamento de Housekeeping un/a subgobernanta: Tareas: Asignación de tareas de trabajo para camareras de pisos, valet de pisos y camareras de zonas nobles. Asegurarse de controlar el estado de todas las habitaciones del hotel, y de que cada día todas las áreas del resort quedan debidamente cubiertas. Asegurarse de que todas las camareras de pisos conocen sus tareas y revisar todas las habitaciones para alcanzar y mantener los más altos estándares de presentación, servicio y mantenimiento. Reportar debidamente a los departamentos correspondientes (mantenimiento, directora de habitaciones, recepción) cualquier incidencia de mantenimiento, a fin de bloquear habitaciones con necesidad de reparación. Revisar zonas comunes, pasillos, halls, office, baños de clientes, salas de reuniones dando directrices al personal de limpieza de zonas nobles a fin de mantener los mejores estándares de decoración, limpieza y mantenimiento en todas las áreas del resort. Puntear y enviar a servicio de tintorería las demandas realizadas por huéspedes. Informar y controlar necesidades de ameninites, productos de limpieza etc a fin de realizar los pedidos puntualmente. Controlar y reportar estados de uniformidad y presentación de personal de pisos. Coordinar con departamentos correspondientes los servicios de limpieza de restaurante, y salas de reuniones. Informar y coordinar evolución de limpieza de zonas para asegurar que recepción está debidamente informada, y evitar problemas de último momento. Control y coordinación de servicios de cobertura y tratamientos vip a alojados. Control y coordinación de servicios especiales a alojados, como cunas, camas supletorias, carta de almohadas etc. Formación y entrenamiento de camareras de pisos, asegurándonos de que se explican tareas especiales y se apoya la mejora de la calidad del trabajo. Control y gestión de propiedades perdidas. Asignación y control de llaves maestras. Asignación de tareas especiales a camareras de guardias, valet de pisos y camareras de pisos. Control de calidad y reporte de cualquier incidencia con productos de limpieza, calidad de ropa de cama, amenities etc. Chequear y coordinar el trabajo semanal asegurándose que cada día estamos cubiertos para el día siguiente, valorando aumentos de ocupación, o disminuciones, salidas tardías o llegadas tempranas a fin de advertir si se han de realizar modificaciones de horarios del departamento.
