Ven a ser parte de nuestro gran equipo de trabajo en la posición de Payroll Specialist para nuestras oficinas centrales en Barcelona, donde tus principales tareas serán: * Llevar a cabo la confección de las nóminas de forma mensual, pagas extras y atrasos. * Movimientos en Seguridad Social: Gestionar las altas y las bajas, variaciones, etc. de la Compañía. * Gestionar posibles incidencias de presencia tales como IT, AT, vacaciones, etc. * Cotización mediante el sistema SILTRA. * Atención y solvencia a las consultas y dudas del personal. * Interpretación de convenios colectivos. * Confección de certificados para los trabajadores. * Elaboración de partes de accidentes de trabajo. * Preparación documentación inspecciones de trabajo. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? * Tener un Grado en Relaciones Laborales o estudios afines. * Valorable máster en RRLL o formación complementaria. * Contar con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en el puesto descrito. * Experiencia en programas de nómina (preferentemente A3 y A3 Equipo). * Experiencia en gestión de altas y bajas en el sistema RED de la Seguridad Social. * Experiencia en cotización mediante el sistema SILTRA. * Experiencia en presentación modelo 111 y modelo 190. * Experiencia en aplicación de varios convenios colectivos. * Pack Microsoft Office (nivel avanzado de Excel). About You & The Role We're looking for a talented Head Chef who knows their way around à la carte menus and has a real passion for cooking, especially Italian cuisine. Main responsibilities as Head chef: Supervise and take part in the preparation and production of all food products Inspect all food and products are consistently prepare and serve according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards Inspect products quality during and after preparation, and make adjustments as required Schedule and manage kitchen staff shifts Control kitchen costs to ensure that the restaurant meets budget and increase profitability Monitor ordering and receiving food products and other supplies as required for daily operations Planning & leading the recruitment process of BOH team members according to business needs Ensure that kitchen staff is trained according to company standards Create new standards and procedures for all aspects of kitchen operations where existing quality standards don't meet or exceed guests expectations Ensure that the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working conditions through personal inspection and by following the kitchen's preventive maintenance programs Plan and develop menus in coordination with the Group Head Chef Observe compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as, governmental laws and regulations Control kitchen maintenance, repairs and other related expenses These tasks require attention to detail, great leadership, analytical & time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently produce exquisite dishes and create a world class working environment. Realizar entrevistas personales de aquellos candidatos cuyo perfil se ajuste a la posición Participar en los diferentes proyectos de Formación Requisitos Licenciado/Cursando, preferiblemente en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Derecho, Psicología o Turismo. About the role: Your ultimate goal as School Relations Manager will be to lead all efforts to grow awareness, engagement and retention with Hosco from schools and their respective community of students and alumni. You will assist current education partners in making the most of Hosco to better prepare, guide and place their students and alumni in the industry as well as bring new strategic schools to the portfolio.
