Ven a ser parte de nuestro gran equipo de trabajo, en la posición de Camarera/o de Pisos para para Sercotel Hotel Group en nuestro Sercotel Togumar en Madrid, donde tus principales funciones serán: - Mantener en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden las habitaciones, así como las áreas comunes del hotel siguiendo los estándares y protocolos de calidad. - Suministrar los dormitorios con los elementos de aseo correspondientes. - Preparar, transportar y recoger los materiales y productos necesarios para la limpieza. - Organización y realización de las tareas en el tiempo establecido. - Atender con máxima diligencia las peticiones o dudas de los huéspedes. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? - Contar con al menos 1-2 años de experiencia en la posición de Camarera/o de Pisos. - Idiomas: indispensable castellano (valorable el dominio de otros idiomas como el inglés). - Persona dinámica, responsable, con capacidad de trabajar en equipo y alta orientación al cliente. What we are looking for We are looking for a passionate hospitality student eager to start his career path in Kitchen department (DANI Brasserie). You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As an intern, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service to our clients. Some of your responsibilities: Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen setup for service. Support with storing, labeling, and rotating food items properly. Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Learn and assist with use of kitchen equipment. Contribute to a small training project during the internship. About you Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional service according to standards are highly valued. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multitask is required. Previous experience in a 5 start hotel is recommended. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in both English and Spanish. It is mandatory to be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or school for a period of 6 months on a full-time basis. What we offer Through this internship opportunity, we aim to provide a high-level learning experience. The goal is for you to acquire as many competencies as possible, in an environment of excellence and continuous improvement. This opportunity includes: Full-time internship for 6 months (40 hours/week), Monday to Sunday (8 hours/day) and a 30-minute lunch break is included in the working day. Meals are provided during the shift. Uniform and its cleaning are provided by the hotel. We offer 5 vacation days during the 6-month internship period, as well as your birthday off. The position of People & Culture Intern We are looking for a passionate student willing to learn all about People & Culture. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in this field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As an intern, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we exceed our employees’ expectations. You will report to the Director of Learning and Development, and the tasks include: Learning and Development: Coordinate the preparation of the trainings. Ensure that all the equipment and resources needed for the trainings is ready. Follow up with the managers or with the employees in order to ensure the attendance. Prepare all the documentation Assist in the execution of the training Assist in the onboarding of the employees (uniform appointment, policies signature, schedule and welcoming).     Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Cocina dinámico y creativo para un restaurante a la carta con cocina mediterránea, elaborada con productos frescos y de temporada. Todas las elaboraciones se realizan al momento, garantizando la máxima frescura y calidad en cada plato. Responsabilidades: Elaboración de la oferta gastronómica, asegurando la autenticidad y calidad en cada plato. Coordinación de un equipo de 6-8 personas, fomentando un entorno de trabajo positivo y eficiente. Planificación de la producción en cocina, asegurando una distribución y ejecución perfecta durante el servicio. Supervisión y participación activamente en el servicio, garantizando la excelencia en la ejecución y en la atención al cliente. Asegurar la correcta implementación y mantenimiento de los sistemas de APPCC, garantizando los más altos estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
