El/la Commis Cook apoya al equipo de cocina asistiendo en tareas de preparación y elaboración de alimentos. Lo que harás Colaborar en la creación y preparación de platos del menú y especiales. Seguir recetas estándar y presentaciones para mantener los estándares de calidad en producción y presentación. Ayudar con el corte, pelado y preparación de ingredientes para diversos platos, siguiendo recetas e indicaciones de chefs senior.     ABOUT US The Experimental Group was founded in 2007 by three childhood friends, Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff. ABOUT THE JOB We are now looking for our new Head Chef for the upcoming season to support and lead our team at Experimental Beach. You will work closely with our Executive Chef in Spain and will bring your experience to support and achieve the execution of his guideline. Cuisine concept (in collaboration with the Executive Chef) Execute the menu designed by the executive chef Optimize & manage costs serving the financial interests of the establishment (control of ratios, technical sheets, etc.) Maintain constant communication and pass on relevant information to the F&B Director and Executive Chef Team supervision Lead the kitchen team and coordinate the work of all the staff on duty Ensure the smooth run of the kitchen team and the quality of the services for which you are responsible Lead and motivate the team while building loyalty Prepare schedules in conjunction with Executive Chef (management of overtime and recovery day) Maintain a high level of food quality trying to exceed our guest’s expectations Monitor and control the HACCP rules Ensure that all equipment is maintained at a high-level state Manage purchases, stocks, and monthly inventories Follow up and organize with the office (invoices, delivery notes) ABOUT YOU With good leadership, organizational and management skills, you have a strong team spirit You have an attention to detail and customer needs You are consistent and regular in your tasks You are also showing problem solving skills You speak Spanish.     Restaurante busca incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Cocina para liderar la cocina del restaurante desde una posición plenamente operativa. El puesto implica presencia activa durante los servicios, coordinación directa del pase y gestión diaria del equipo, garantizando la correcta ejecución de la propuesta gastronómica definida por el Chef Ejecutivo. El modelo de trabajo está orientado al producto, con especial foco en carnes y pescados. Funciones principales Participar activamente en los servicios, liderando el pase y la ejecución operativa de la cocina. Asegurar la correcta implementación y seguimiento de la oferta gastronómica definida por el Chef Ejecutivo. Coordinar y organizar el trabajo del equipo de cocina (9 personas en temporada baja y hasta 15 en temporada alta). Supervisar la preparación, cocción y presentación de los platos, con especial atención al dominio técnico de carnes y puntos de cocción. Gestión y ejecución de parrilla vasca y horno de cúpula de leña, garantizando técnica, regularidad y seguridad en el uso del fuego. Planificar la producción diaria, la mise en place y el correcto funcionamiento de la cocina durante el servicio. Utilizar herramientas de gestión de pedidos y stock como G-Stock, asegurando el control de aprovisionamiento, mermas y consumos. Requisitos mínimos Experiencia consolidada como Jefe/a de Cocina o Segundo/a Jefe/a de Cocina en proyectos gastronómicos orientados al producto. Dominio técnico de parrilla vasca y horno de cúpula de leña. Alto conocimiento en carnes y cocciones al fuego. Experiencia trabajando con producto local y de proximidad (Km 0). Experiencia en ejecución y seguimiento de conceptos gastronómicos definidos. Conocimiento y uso habitual de herramientas de gestión como G-Stock u otros sistemas de control de pedidos y stock. Qualifications Ideally, hold a degree in hospitality, tourism, or business school. Have an interest in or sensitivity to the luxury and hospitality sector. Valid driver’s license. Good experience in similar missions (villa management/butler/hotel concierge..). Excellent knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem. Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus. Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Highly autonomous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to establish strong relationships with clients and partners.
