Please be reminded that this information serves as a guide. During the first day at the hotel, the welcome day, you will have an interview with your divisional leader. After this interview, the divisional leader will decide in which department you would develop your skills best. While considering your profile, the divisional leader will place you in a department where you will have a great impact.     Sobre el trabajo : Un restaurante de bajo volumen que ofrece un menú cerrado creado diariamente con los ingredientes cosechados al día, provenientes de la propia finca con certificación ecológica y un perfil basado en el autoconsumo con procesos de elaboración nobles y respetuosos donde se cocina con fuego. Como responsable de sala, serás parte de una estructura más horizontal de lo acostumbrado, donde, por filosofía de proyecto, serás parte activa y fundamental en la cultura del hotel aportando tu propia manera de ser para colaborar a que las personas logren conectar consigo mismas en una estancia inmersiva, donde cada detalle aportado es suma indispensable de la experiencia vivida en nuestra casa. Deberes y responsabilidades esperadas Asumir la responsabilidad del funcionamiento eficiente del restaurante y de su pequeño equipo de anfitriones dentro de los estándares operativos. Mantener una comunicación intensiva con la cocina para saber los platos que integran el menú y poder transmitirlo a los comensales. Deberás desarrollar un “Storytelling” junto al equipo para transmitir nuestros pilares de sostenibilidad, autoconsumo, cultura regenerativa y experiencias de bienestar y conexión a través de la alimentación. Trabajarás directamente con la dirección y resto de compañeros para desarrollar objetivos y poder alcanzarlos, medirlos y evaluarlos, así de procedimientos que puedan mejorar la sostenibilidad manteniendo la coherencia con los valores del hotel. Ser buen compañero y saber la importancia de gestión de equipos de manera humana. El alcance del trabajo incluye: Tener un conocimiento completo del modo de operar del huerto, cocina, elaboración de ingredientes de mixología, carta de vinos y licores. Responsable de un servicio de experiencia excepcional según nuestra visión. Mantenerme al tanto del resto de actividades del hotel, terapias, clases y de residentes que colaboren con nosotros en distintos campos holísticos y colaborar con cualquiera de ellos que lo necesite. Centrarnos en compartir toda información posible sobre nuestra filosofía. Asegurarse de que la interacción y las comunicaciones entre los departamentos dentro de la propiedad sean claras y se mantengan de manera efectiva para apoyar el buen funcionamiento del departamento. Deberemos desarrollar reuniones de equipos para compartir sensaciones y resultados para seguir siendo relevantes, innovadores y en consonancia con las prácticas de bienestar y sostenibilidad. Requisitos ¿Qué necesitas para aplicar? - Haber cursado el grado en Turismo o estudios afines. - Imprescindible nivel avanzado de Inglés y francés (se valorará de manera positiva el dominio de otros idiomas). - Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en hoteles como Recepcionista. - Conocimiento en programas de gestión hotelera, preferiblemente Opera. - Alta orientación al cliente y vocación por su trabajo.
