    Sales Executive Multisegmento Con base en Barcelona y dentro del equipo comercial del Nordeste de España (Cataluña, Aragón, Andorra, Valencia y Baleares), será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con cuentas multisegmento (corporativas, agencias de viajes/eventos, equipos deportivos), asignadas a su cartera. Asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, maximización de ingresos y fidelización de clientes en el segmento B2B. Asimismo dará soporte a las diferentes acciones comerciales enfocadas a hoteles de la zona. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Responsabilidades principales Gestión de cartera : Mantener y desarrollar las cuentas asignadas, asegurando una relación sólida y de largo plazo; cumpliendo los objetivos de ventas marcados para cada una de ellas. La cartera esta compuesta por cuentas de empresas, agencias de viajes, agencias de eventos y equipos deportivos. Visitas comerciales y presentaciones: Planificar la actividad comercial con cada cuenta, incluyendo visitas comerciales y presentaciones. Negociación y contratos : Preparar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos corporativos con las cuentas asignadas en cartera. Captación de nuevas cuentas : Identificar oportunidades de negocio en la zona de influencia, captando e incorporando a la cartera nuevas cuentas. Coordinación interna : Colaborar con el resto de equipos comerciales, operaciones (hoteles) y revenue management, para garantizar la correcta implementación de acuerdos y gestión y solución de incidencias de las cuentas asignadas. Seguimiento y reporting : Hacer seguimiento regular de la evolución de las cuentas, identificando oportunidades y desviaciones; elaborando planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas marcados.
