    Descripción En Grupo Bellaciao, empresa referente en la restauración española y en plena expansión, buscamos incorporar un Encargado/a para uno de nuestros restaurantes en Las Rozas. Responsabilidades: -Supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y servicio. -Participar activamente en la operativa diaria del restaurante. -Liderar y motivar al equipo, gestionando horarios y turnos. -Gestión, resolución y mecanización de irregularidades e incidencias. -Gestionar el control de inventario, stock y pedidos, garantizando la disponibilidad de productos. -Implementar estrategias para impulsar las ventas y mejorar la experiencia del cliente. -Resolver incidencias de servicio y atención al cliente, con rapidez y profesionalismo. Perfil que buscamos: -Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un puesto similar en el sector de la restauración. -Orientación a resultados, con capacidad para tomar decisiones en situaciones de presión. -Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato al cliente. -Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos. Guest Experience Lead and manage the full guest experience department, ensuring personalized service and flawless coordination from pre-arrival to post-departure. Organize the journey of our top VIPs including suite guests, Four Seasons Elite and High Return guests and others, pre, during and post their stay. Send pre-arrival communications, block rooms according to preferences, and oversee VIP preparations and amenities. Collaborate with all departments (F&B, IRD, Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping) to deliver a seamless and anticipatory guest experience. Engage with guests throughout their stay, gathering feedback, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all requests are met with care. Ensure Golden is kept updated with all guest preferences. No es solo gestionar un bar: es liderar un proyecto, construir equipo y crecer junto con una marca en expansión. Si quieres ir más allá, este rol puede ser el primer paso para crecer, ya sea montando tu propia franquicia Pub&Go, o con nosotros en el equipo central. 🧠 ¿Qué harás? Liderar la operativa diaria del local (sala, barra y equipo). Gestionar y motivar al equipo: selección, formación y organización de turnos. Asegurar una excelente experiencia de cliente. Control de stock, pedidos y relación con proveedores. Participar activamente en la apertura del local y en su día a día operativo. 👤 ¿A quién buscamos? Experiencia previa como encargado/a, manager o jefe/a de sala en bares, restaurantes o conceptos similares. Background en hospitality / gastronomía. Perfil emprendedor, proactivo, responsable y con mentalidad de liderazgo. Ganas de asumir responsabilidades y crecer profesionalmente. Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y en expansión. En Grupo Quispe seguimos creciendo y buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo una hostess apasionada por la atención al cliente y la hospitalidad, que quiera desarrollarse profesionalmente dentro de un grupo gastronómico de referencia en Madrid. Este nuevo espacio busca ofrecer una experiencia gastronómica de alto nivel, combinando tradición asiática, innovación y un servicio excepcional, en un entorno único frente al mar. Objetivo del Puesto Como Host/Hostess, serás la primera impresión de nuestra experiencia gastronómica. Tu misión será dar la bienvenida a nuestros clientes con cortesía, profesionalismo y calidez, gestionando las reservas y asegurando una óptima asignación de mesas. Serás clave para crear una atmósfera de hospitalidad desde el primer instante, en perfecta sintonía con la elegancia y excelencia de nuestro concepto culinario. Funciones Principales - Recibir y despedir a los comensales con una actitud atenta, elegante y cordial. - Gestionar reservas, cancelaciones y listas de espera mediante sistemas digitales (CoverManager u otros). - Organizar la asignación de mesas y controlar el flujo de clientes en coordinación con el Maître. - Ofrecer información clara sobre el restaurante, menús y eventos especiales. - Atender llamadas y consultas, gestionando solicitudes especiales con eficiencia. - Asegurar que la zona de recepción esté siempre impecable y acorde a los estándares de la marca. - Detectar y anticipar necesidades del cliente para garantizar una experiencia memorable.
