ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join our dynamic team! Your missions will be the following : Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in ; Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services ; Ensure the check-in of potential late arrivals or apply our no-show procedure ; Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalized service adapted to each request ; Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards ; In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints ; Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox by replying and redirecting emails ; Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department, preparing, and submitting operational reports on time ; Ensure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant ; Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition ; At night, ensure the daily End Of Day closing on Opera, control cash receipts ; Ensure rounds in floors/hotel, and report non-conformities ; Take charge of the hotel switchboard, inform customers, and redirect calls ; Ensure the good passage of instructions in the team as well as a good communication of information to the Housekeeping service ; Coordinate security at the front desk/reception in order to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, hosts, goods and material, including key inventory and guest’s belongings. As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability. You will report to the General Manager. Your day-to-day * Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls including room accommodation and rate inventory controls, roll-in controls, group inventory and cut-off dates, implementation of blackout dates, maintaining demand information and managing sellout strategies in partnership with Front Office and Sales department. * Develop and implement innovative revenue performance strategies. * Conduct forecasting, review all competitive shops, review demand, convention and city event calendars. * Maintain data on competitor products and maintain historical data on events and performance. * Coach and develop direct reports to ensure a good level of productivity and consistency in the consulting process. * Work with internal departments as needed to escalate consistent issues or noted trends and bring resolution. * Work with team and other key stakeholders to assess competitive data, brainstorming on new ideas to better implement strategies, developing innovative consulting or organizational tools, researching trends, planning for implementation of targeted programs, etc. What we need from you * Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a relevant field. * 5+ years progressive work-related experience in the hospitality industry in revenue/reservations department. * Knowledge of effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimization and selling strategies, and ability to determine which concepts to apply in given market conditions. * Experience with industry and market trends. Knowledge of local market will be highly valuable. * Opera knowledge will be highly valuable. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. * Fluent in English and Spanish. In this role, the Sales, Events and Marketing intern will be able to fully experience the sales and marketing department of KIMPTON AYSLA MALLORCA with a hands-on approach. After completing this program, the intern will have learned what a real sales and marketing department is about and will be fully immersed in the Kimpton Culture. Your day-to-day MARKETING * Develop and execute promotions campaigns in F&B, events and rooms through relevant digital and social media channels. * Act as a project manager to ensure timely media placements and coordination of production/materials deadlines, in addition to, project expense management * Verify all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice. * Maintain all imagery and content within 3rd party sites. * Engage in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.     Hotel boutique en la isla de Ibiza busca General Manager. Reportando directamente a la propiedad y a la marca gestora, su principal función será garantizar la coordinación, optimización y gestión del equipo de trabajo del establecimiento, en base a los requisitos de la marca existente. La persona seleccionada realizará, entre otras, las siguientes funciones: - Incrementar la cifra de negocio del Hotel, mejorando por tanto las tasas de ocupación y la satisfacción de los clientes. - Asegurar una óptima calidad de servicios y prestaciones al cliente, controlando los estándares de calidad establecidos y detectando cualquier área de mejora. - Dirigir y evaluar la gestión de los diferentes equipos de trabajo, garantizando su buen funcionamiento, en base a una estricto control de costes. - Realizar presupuestos, hacer seguimiento y justificación de las desviaciones y controlar ingresos, costes e inversiones. - Dirigir la estrategia de ventas y controlar el revenue. - Consolidar relaciones con los proveedores existentes y buscar nuevos acuerdos de colaboración, con la finalidad de promocionar y comercializar el producto de manera óptima. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: - Licenciatura o Máster en Dirección y Gestión Hotelera, o similar. - Al menos, 5 años como Director/a de Hoteles a nivel nacional e internacional, en establecimientos de 4 a 5 estrellas. - Dominio de Castellano e Inglés. - Dominio de cálculo de presupuestos, forecast, control de costes e ingresos, etc. - Dominio de herramientas informáticas de gestión hotelera. - Dominio del Paquete Office. - Alto nivel de liderazgo y gestión de plantillas, resolución de conflictos, ajuste de cuadrantes, etc. - Habilidades comerciales, RRPP y excelente atención al cliente. - Se valorará muy positivamente, haber realizado implantación y mantenimiento de estándares y procedimientos de grandes cadenas internacionales.
