In this role, the Sales, Events and Marketing intern will be able to fully experience the sales and marketing department of KIMPTON AYSLA MALLORCA with a hands-on approach. After completing this program, the intern will have learned what a real sales and marketing department is about and will be fully immersed in the Kimpton Culture. ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a Receptionist M/F to join our team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Greet and assist all guest as soon as they come in. Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception: check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, concierge services. Respond to all guest questions and requests, offering a personalised service adapted to each request. Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards. In coordination with the Front Office Manager, deal with customer complaints.
