About the role Under the supervision of the Director Housekeeping, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. The Housekeeping Supervisor also manages the Room Attendants and House Attendants on the floor and conducts inspections on a daily basis. What you will do Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, the fire regulations, and department procedures and policies. Dresses in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times. Reports to shift on times. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the manager in adequate time. Pick-up required keys, equipment, and supplies to complete daily duties. Check with a manager in Housekeeping about all VIP rooms (in-house or due to arrive) and ensure rooms are completed in a timely manner. Supervise the Room Attendants and House Attendants that have been assigned to the Supervisor’s assigned areas, ensuring they are adhering to policies and procedures. Inspect guest rooms (vacant or occupied) checking the standard of cleanliness, and for any missing guest amenities and/or supplies. Report any discrepancies to the Room Attendants and have them return to correct the problem. Inspect the cleanliness of guest corridors, guest and staff elevator landings, and housekeeping closets. Check for maintenance work orders and ensure they have been placed in HotSOS for the engineering team. Guide and train Room Attendants under the direction of the Housekeeping Managers. Supervise and follow up on special projects (i.e. deep clean, perfect room program, etc). Inform Housekeeping Management of any unusual events and ensure proper pass on to the next shift. May be assigned other duties/responsibilities as required (i.e. relieve Office Coordinator on days off/meal break). Responsible for overseeing that all supplies in linen closets are fully stocked in neat condition. Ensure a set number of standard tests on the Room Attendants and House Attendants are completed on a daily basis. Follow proper Lost & Found procedures. Ensure proper handover is passed on to the next shift. What you bring The ideal candidate must be flexible in order to accept assignments on as need basis. Previous experience in a similar role is required. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as an eye for detail.     The Director of Sales is a key member of the Executive Committee and is responsible for defining, leading and executing the commercial strategy of Grand Hotel Central, a 5-star classic luxury property in the heart of Barcelona. The role encompasses Sales (Leisure, Corporate, Groups & Events), Reservations and Revenue Management, ensuring total alignment between commercial objectives, brand positioning and profitability. The Director of Sales leads, coaches and develops the Sales, Reservations and Revenue teams, driving performance while maintaining the highest luxury service standards. This position plays a critical role in maximizing total hotel revenue, strengthening the hotel’s positioning within the luxury segment, increasing direct business contribution and ensuring sustainable long-term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial & Strategic Leadership Define and implement the overall Sales and Revenue strategy in line with hotel objectives, brand standards and market conditions. Lead the annual budgeting process, including rooms, F&B, MICE and ancillary revenues, with full ownership of forecasting and commercial KPIs. Actively monitor market trends, demand patterns, competitor set and distribution landscape to proactively adapt strategies. Ensure total alignment between Sales, Reservations, Revenue, Operations and Finance. Sales (Leisure, Corporate, Groups & Events) Oversee and drive all Sales activities across Leisure, Corporate, MICE and Events segments, ensuring achievement of budgeted revenues. Supervise distribution strategies across all channels (direct, OTA, consortia, wholesalers) ensuring rate parity and content accuracy. Job Description Reporting to the Director of Property Management, your main responsibility will be to manage, develop, and protect a portfolio of properties in Ibiza, ensuring high owner satisfaction, strong operational performance, and alignment with business objectives. Property Management: Ensure ongoing, transparent, and proactive communication with property owners on all matters related to property administration, management, maintenance, and care, maintaining continuity and strong follow-up in the relationship. Ensure the administrative and financial management of property management files and take all necessary measures to contribute effectively to this task. Advise property owners on potential improvements to the property and support them in sourcing and comparing quotations for works and services. Interact with property owners, relevant authorities and organizations (municipality, co-ownership association, etc.), and service providers. Respond to requests and expectations of property owners within the limits of the services included in the property management contract. Ensure that each guest is welcomed to a property whose customization, level of comfort, facilities, and quality of household staff consistently exceed their expectations, regardless of their location worldwide. Support guest arrivals and departures for Le Collectionist bookings in the managed properties commercialized through LC. This entails: Monitoring the expected arrival of the client, anticipating possible needs, and preparing arrival and departure files. Organize and oversee both internal and external teams, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and daily property operations run smoothly. Preparing and inspecting each property before client or owner visits, with personalized adjustments to meet their unique requirements Welcoming each of our clients according to Le Collectionist brand standards. Responding to various requests from our guests during their stay. Acting as a strong point of the concierge service at the destination. Ensuring that the checkout process proceeds smoothly and that the property is returned in good condition. Qualifications Person based in Ibiza Hospitality school, Business Administration or Management degree. Good knowledge of the Ibiza area. Driver’s license. Interest in the luxury sector. Strong experience in similar roles. Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and English (a third language is a plus) and communication skills. Organized, rigorous, and meticulous. Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy. Dynamic and committed personality. Ability to quickly establish relationships and adapt to the type of person you are dealing with online or in person.
