    What's the job? As Groups Coordinator you will coordinate the reservations, room blocks and contracts for large groups. You'll report to the Assistant Commercial Director & Commercial Director. Your day-to-day * Manage and coordinate all group requests (corporate, incentives, conferences, weddings, and social events). * Prepare and send quotations, contracts, and personalized proposals in accordance with hotel standards. * Coordinate with internal departments (banquets, F&B, rooms, housekeeping, front office, revenue management) to ensure flawless execution of events. * Accurately produce and revise all sales contracts, rate agreements, and banquet / catering event orders. * Follow up on group payments, deposits, and invoicing in line with hotel policies. * Monitor compliance with contractual deadlines and cancellation policies. * Update the hotel management system (PMS/CRM) with reservations, changes, and group logistics details. * Conduct site inspections with prospective clients and attend planning meetings. * Maintain the highest service and hospitality standards in line with a five-star property. * Achieve personal and team goals as assigned. * Maintain group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations in the system. * Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and clients. * Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rentals, function space, and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines. * Follow up with clients regularly before, during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings. * Prepare for each group's arrival, prepare group history, billing information, deposits, filing, VIP information, correspondence, etc.; interact with booking contacts as needed. Correctly record group rooms and revenue in the property management system. * Support the Director of Sales in commercial strategies and group acquisition campaigns. Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. * Previous +2 years' experience in group sales, event coordination, or hospitality sales, ideally within a luxury hotel environment. * Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. * Experience with entertainment groups will be highly valuable. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service. * Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS/CRM, Opera, Delphi, or similar). After completing this program, the intern will have learned what a real sales and marketing department is about and will be fully immersed in the Kimpton Culture. La posición de prácticas en IT Buscamos un/a estudiante apasionado de la hotelería y el área de IT (information Technology) y con ganas de iniciar su carrera profesional en esta área. About the role Under the supervision of the Director Housekeeping, Assistant Director of Housekeeping, and Assistant Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards as set by Four Seasons Hotels. The Housekeeping Supervisor also manages the Room Attendants and House Attendants on the floor and conducts inspections on a daily basis. What you will do Conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, the fire regulations, and department procedures and policies. Dresses in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times. Reports to shift on times. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the manager in adequate time. Pick-up required keys, equipment, and supplies to complete daily duties. Check with a manager in Housekeeping about all VIP rooms (in-house or due to arrive) and ensure rooms are completed in a timely manner. Supervise the Room Attendants and House Attendants that have been assigned to the Supervisor’s assigned areas, ensuring they are adhering to policies and procedures. Inspect guest rooms (vacant or occupied) checking the standard of cleanliness, and for any missing guest amenities and/or supplies. Report any discrepancies to the Room Attendants and have them return to correct the problem. Inspect the cleanliness of guest corridors, guest and staff elevator landings, and housekeeping closets. Check for maintenance work orders and ensure they have been placed in HotSOS for the engineering team. Guide and train Room Attendants under the direction of the Housekeeping Managers. Supervise and follow up on special projects (i.e. deep clean, perfect room program, etc). Inform Housekeeping Management of any unusual events and ensure proper pass on to the next shift. May be assigned other duties/responsibilities as required (i.e. relieve Office Coordinator on days off/meal break). Responsible for overseeing that all supplies in linen closets are fully stocked in neat condition. Ensure a set number of standard tests on the Room Attendants and House Attendants are completed on a daily basis. Follow proper Lost & Found procedures. Ensure proper handover is passed on to the next shift. What you bring The ideal candidate must be flexible in order to accept assignments on as need basis. Job Description This is a temporary 4-month role from May 4 to August 30, 2026. As an in-resort concierge within the Concierge & Stay team, you will play a crucial role in managing and assisting on-site Le Collectionist guests for both concierge and villa related requests. You will welcome our international clientele in various rented properties, adhering to Le Collectionist’s brand standards in close relation with the Pre arrival team, you will contribute to consolidating the local partner network to offer the highest quality services and experiences to our clients. Prepare the arrival of your clients by shopping for any requested items and personalizing the properties with adequate gifts and amenities. Be available to the guest for any concierge request or change on a pre booked service during his stay. Be able to invoice and charge the guest. Be available to resolve any issue at the property during the stay. Ensure admin and invoice follow up services you may have sold with the support of the pre arrival team Ensure a smooth check-out by inspecting the property in the presence of the clients. Admin Invoice and track payments with the support of pre arrival teams. Charge clients. Meticulously document any damages observed at the end of the clients' stay. Qualifications Ideally, hold a degree in hospitality, tourism, or business school. Have an interest in or sensitivity to the luxury and hospitality sector. Valid driver’s license. Good experience in similar missions (villa management/butler/hotel concierge..). Excellent knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem. Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus. Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented. Highly autonomous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to establish strong relationships with clients and partners. Description du poste JUNIOR POSITION 🎯 Key responsabilities : Set up & coordinate the in resort team before the season: Assist the Resort Manager to recruit and onboard onsite teams, organize in house trainings matching Le Collectionist standards. Ensure office space, cars, housing if needed matching allocated budget. Implement company tools and adapt routines to the team. Source, compile and contract with contractors and 3rd parties when applicable (cleaning & needed 3rd parties for the season). Plan and coordinate weekly staffing needs, managing staff working hours to comply with regulations. Manage resort accounts, cash floats, and operating budgets Liaise with the regional management team. Order amenities & marketing goodies needed from the central office (bizops). Oversea in resort stock management. Organize welcome baskets local contracts or with regional/central offices when needed. Organize pre arrival team meetings to coordinate weekend arrivals. Ensure in-season smooth run and focus on optimal guest experience: Oversea properties pre-season house inspection with supply teams support to ensure all houses are ready and up to Le Collectionist’s standards. Support pre-arrival teams with sourcing/testing services and experiences matching the company standards. Support destinations Ibiza/Mallorca/ or Marbella and properties sales training. Supervise the welcoming of each of our customers while adhering to Le Collectionist brand standards, Dispatching Check-in & check out amongst the team, ensuring all guests are being welcomed according to Le Collectionist standards and process. Ensure all properties are ready up to standard and personalized as per guest’s requirements before check in.. Customer experience management: act as the guardian of the quality of guest reception and the effective resolution of any issues raised during their stay. This includes supporting your teams responding to dissatisfied customer requests and assisting with their complaints. Internal coordination: act as an essential coordination point between our customers and various internal teams such as Sales, and Supply to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The Resort Manager ensures that problem resolutions are handled by the appropriate individuals. (Ensure report and follow up of any issue or damage in CRM for optimal communication and history). Qualifications We are looking for a person that just graduated or that has a junior experience Bilingual in English and Spanish: fluency in both English and Spanish is required, and knowledge of a third language like French is a plus Based in Ibiza Experience(s) in luxury rental management Valid driving license Highly organized and punctual Hospitality skills and know-how Strong leadership skills with a history of effectively managing and developing teams Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to establish strong relationships with customers Proficiency in CRM tools: experience with CRM software preferred Work Schedule and Specifics ⚠️ Our presence on-site and the standards of our sector require working on Saturdays and Sundays (hotel model), especially during the high season.
