Misión del puesto : coordinar y gestionar todas las reservas de distinto tipo (habitaciones, salas de reunión, eventos…) que llegan a través de distintas vías al hotel de forma rápida y eficiente, ofreciendo una excelente atención al cliente. Además, es el responsable de asegurar que todos los canales de venta tienen la información de cupos actualizada y hay paridad de precios. Reporta a : Director/a del hotel y Director/a de producción. Funciones : - Gestión del departamento de reservas y eventos. - Implementar procedimientos de reservas y maximizar los coeficientes de conversión para alcanzar los objetivos del departamento de la mano del departamento de Operaciones corporativo. - Supervisar el trabajo del equipo de agentes de reserva para el funcionamiento eficiente del departamento. - Revisar las llegadas diarias, incluyendo reservas VIP, paquetes, asignaciones de habitaciones y comunicar a los departamentos pertinentes. - Administrar todos los canales de venta para asegurar que las tarifas y la disponibilidad se implementen y se introduzcan correctamente. - Gestionar reservas individuales y de grupos, así como los cupos y los depósitos. - Realizar cotizaciones, preparar presupuestos, así como contratos de eventos y MICE. - Gestión eficiente de la disponibilidad de habitaciones, revisando constantemente el nivel de ocupación y realizando previsiones adecuada para evitar situaciones conflictivas tales como sobreocupación. - Hacer seguimiento de las reservas, las cancelaciones y los no-shows para asegurar que se cobren según lo acordado. - Participar en el reclutamiento, gestión, evaluación y desarrollo del equipo. - Proporcionar informes semanales/mensuales sobre el desempeño del departamento. - Contribuir a la estrategia de venta del hotel y gestionar la adhesión de los departamentos a la consecución de esa estrategia. - Comunicación con el resto de departamentos, especialmente Front Office y F&B, para garantizar que se tienen en cuenta las peticiones de los clientes. - Construir relaciones fuertes con los clientes, los huéspedes y los miembros del equipo con el fin de obtener una comprensión completa de sus necesidades y trabajar para servir eficazmente. - Implementar y monitorear todas las promociones especiales.

Evaluate current sales / service practices and make recommendations to maximize the profitability of the Events resources. Develop single Event P&L for major on-site events. Oversee the quarterly administration and seek new ways to motivate and maximize revenues. Ensure accuracy of Banquet Checks and provide bill review on completion of program or event. Supervise the execution of banquet events. Review all function space with banquet manager and when necessary head house attendant. Ensure satisfaction of client at the outset of all events. Make timely and impromptu decisions, which balance client’s needs with the financial, safety and staffing goals of the hotel. Mantener en buenas condiciones y limpio el vehículo asignado, así como el material de trabajo. Apoyar en el control de inventario y preparación de los equipos para los eventos del día siguiente. En algunos casos, ofrecer apoyo directo al cliente, resolviendo pequeñas incidencias con rapidez y buena actitud. ✅ Requisitos imprescindibles Carnet de conducir B en vigor. Documentación en regla (no en trámite). Capacidad física para realizar tareas de carga y descarga. Persona organizada, puntual, responsable y con buena actitud. Ganas de trabajar en equipo y de aprender. Se valorará (no obligatorio): Experiencia en transporte, reparto, logística o montaje de eventos. Conocimiento básico de materiales de hostelería. 🕒 Condiciones del puesto Contrato indefinido, a jornada completa. Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00. Posibilidad de horas extra puntuales, siempre pagadas aparte y organizadas con antelación. Salario según convenio, negociable en función de la experiencia y valía del candidato.
