    Como Sous Chef , te comprometerás a ofrecer a nuestros clientes un servicio, una calidad y un valor excepcionales. Análisis constante de la cuenta de resultados de F&B para asegurar la consecución de objetivos. Atender y resolver las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes y trasladarlas a su superior. Colaboración y apoyo a todos los departamentos del hotel. Supervisar y consolidar los estándares en materia de calidad, medio ambiente, APPCC y prevención de riesgos laborales en la empresa y colaborar con el hotel en su cumplimiento y mejora continua. En ausencia del Chef Ejecutivo, asumirá todas sus responsabilidades. ¿Qué buscamos?
