Deberes y responsabilidades esperadas Asumir la responsabilidad del funcionamiento eficiente del restaurante y de su pequeño equipo de anfitriones dentro de los estándares operativos. Mantener una comunicación intensiva con la cocina para saber los platos que integran el menú y poder transmitirlo a los comensales. Deberás desarrollar un “Storytelling” junto al equipo para transmitir nuestros pilares de sostenibilidad, autoconsumo, cultura regenerativa y experiencias de bienestar y conexión a través de la alimentación. Trabajarás directamente con la dirección y resto de compañeros para desarrollar objetivos y poder alcanzarlos, medirlos y evaluarlos, así de procedimientos que puedan mejorar la sostenibilidad manteniendo la coherencia con los valores del hotel. Ser buen compañero y saber la importancia de gestión de equipos de manera humana. El alcance del trabajo incluye: Tener un conocimiento completo del modo de operar del huerto, cocina, elaboración de ingredientes de mixología, carta de vinos y licores. Responsable de un servicio de experiencia excepcional según nuestra visión. REQUISITOS - Estudios profesionales en cocina. - Experiencia en restaurantes gastronómicos y en colectividades. - Proactividad, dinamismo, liderazgo. - Disponibilidad para residir en el extranjero. - Actitud positiva, trabajo en equipo, Iniciativa, orientación a resultados.
