The Role of Security Supervisor : Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Security Supervisor to join our team. The Security Supervisor is responsible for managing the day to day security operation and ensuring the safety and security of all guests, residents, employees and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, as well as taking a lead in Work place safety and life/fire safety systems, preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel. Supervise the shift safety & security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the safety and security of guests and associates Responsible for checking all fire, life safety equipment are within the expiry limits (such as hand held chemical extinguishers etc) Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues by safety & security officers as they record them during their patrols.
