About the internship: The Sales Development Intern will be a part of the Commercial division of hosco and directly support our Market Research and Sales processes. This will enable you to gain experience in each core function, build business acumen and focus on teamwork while receiving continuous support and learning opportunities from our team members. Market Research: Responsible for gathering market intelligence for insights that can inform business decisions and support the Industry Relations Sales team examining the market conditions for potential sales. Industry Relations Sales Development: Responsible for pro-active sales development of hospitality employers in regions globally. Employers can be any business unit or corporate account directly linked with the hospitality industry. Some of the responsibilities will be: Market Research (30%): -Source additional target prospects using a variety of sales tools outside of the database -Prioritise prospects enriching the database with contact, information and talking points -Assign the shortlist of prospects within your assigned territory and Sales Development Representative (SDR) agents Sales (70%): -Learn how to use our CRM software (Salesforce) and how to create reports and dashboards -Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria -On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRM -Generate interest and create needs with potential clients -Support the Sales team with presentations and other “ad hoc” projects on how to improve the Sales funnel

    What's the job? As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager. Your day-to-day Support the Food & Beverage Manager in any required task. Manage beverage control including inventory, bar pars, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns and food standards. Implement agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property. Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures. Monitor adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures. Ensure Bar team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations. Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all stock items are managed. Ensure that the Bar team is continually trained in product knowledge, all menus and Hotel initiatives. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards. Oversee staff training and carry out on-the-job training where required. What we need from you Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field. Some college and/or advanced training in food and beverage management valuable. 2+ years' experience working in Food and Beverage department as supervisor. Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.     Conductor/a – Montador/a de Catering (Madrid – Fuencarral) En nuestra empresa de catering especializada en eventos corporativos en Madrid, buscamos incorporar a un/a conductor/a con carnet B que quiera formar parte de un equipo estable, profesional y con buen ambiente de trabajo. Este puesto no es únicamente de reparto: se trata de un rol polivalente en el que serás pieza clave en la logística y montaje de eventos. Buscamos personas responsables, con actitud positiva y ganas de aprender. No necesitas experiencia previa en catering: te formaremos internamente en montaje de eventos, transporte y organización de materiales. 🚚 Responsabilidades principales Conducir las furgonetas de la empresa para transportar materiales de catering a los eventos y devolverlos al almacén. Participar activamente en la carga, descarga, montaje y desmontaje del catering (mesas, sillas, mantelería, cristalería, cubertería, estaciones de comida, barras de bebidas, etc.). Asegurar que la disposición del material en el evento sea estética, funcional y cumpla con los estándares de calidad establecidos. Colaborar con el resto del equipo para garantizar que cada evento se monte dentro de los tiempos previstos. Mantener en buenas condiciones y limpio el vehículo asignado, así como el material de trabajo. Apoyar en el control de inventario y preparación de los equipos para los eventos del día siguiente. En algunos casos, ofrecer apoyo directo al cliente, resolviendo pequeñas incidencias con rapidez y buena actitud. ✅ Requisitos imprescindibles Carnet de conducir B en vigor. Documentación en regla (no en trámite). Capacidad física para realizar tareas de carga y descarga. Persona organizada, puntual, responsable y con buena actitud. Ganas de trabajar en equipo y de aprender. Se valorará (no obligatorio): Experiencia en transporte, reparto, logística o montaje de eventos. Conocimiento básico de materiales de hostelería. 🕒 Condiciones del puesto Contrato indefinido, a jornada completa. Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00. Posibilidad de horas extra puntuales, siempre pagadas aparte y organizadas con antelación. Salario según convenio, negociable en función de la experiencia y valía del candidato.
