About you and the role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cook with a passion for Mediterranean and contemporary European cuisine. Lo que harás Colaborar en la preparación del desayuno, almuerzo y/o cena siguiendo los estándares de producción y calidad de Four Seasons. Responsabilidades Mantener limpias y ordenadas las áreas públicas, incluidas recepciones, pasillos, escaleras, ascensores y zonas internas. Asistir a las camareras/os de pisos entregando ropa limpia, amenidades y suministros a las habitaciones y a los carros de limpieza. Recoger y transportar ropa sucia, basura y materiales reciclables desde las habitaciones y áreas públicas hasta los puntos de eliminación designados. Asegurar que el equipo y los carros de limpieza estén abastecidos, limpios y en buen estado de mantenimiento. Responder de manera rápida y cortés a las solicitudes de los/as huéspedes relacionadas con limpieza y mantenimiento. Apoyar al equipo de limpieza durante períodos de alta ocupación o en proyectos especiales para garantizar un funcionamiento fluido. Cumplir con las directrices de seguridad y saneamiento para mantener un entorno seguro para huéspedes y personal. Requisitos Resistencia física: Capacidad para realizar tareas que impliquen levantar peso, agacharse, caminar y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados. Atención al detalle: Compromiso con mantener altos estándares de limpieza y orden. Actitud positiva y espíritu de equipo: Disposición para colaborar y asistir a compañeras/os según sea necesario. Habilidades de comunicación: Capacidad para interactuar de forma efectiva con huéspedes y miembros del equipo. Fiabilidad y flexibilidad: Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos variados, incluidos fines de semana y festivos. Experiencia previa: Se valorará experiencia en limpieza o en un puesto similar, aunque no es requisito indispensable. Autorización legal para trabajar en España. The goal of the Program is to develop the Manager in Training (MIT) to a Supervisor or Assistant Manager position upon completion of the 18- month Program, subject to satisfactory performance.
