POSITION SUMMARY Answer guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines. Check quality and quantity of all stock and supplies. Requisition all supplies. Perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock. Communicate last call at designated closing time. Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Control de la carta: porciones, mise en place, limpieza de los diferentes elementos de cocina y las zonas de trabajo. Comprobación y anotación de los puntos necesarios para el próximo servicio. Ejecución de los platos. Separación y reciclaje de residuos cuando corresponda. Cumplimiento de la política ambiental. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia de 1-2 años en hoteles de similar categoría o restaurantes de alta gama. Valorable formación en hostelería. Nivel intermedio de inglés. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
