Hesperia World busca incorporar a su Dirección de Asesoría Jurídica un/a abogado/a senior colegiado/a , especializado/a en Derecho Mercantil, Corporate y operaciones de M&A , para participar en el asesoramiento jurídico del grupo y en proyectos estratégicos de expansión y adquisición de activos. La persona seleccionada se incorporará como Senior Legal Counsel , trabajando estrechamente con la Dirección Jurídica y prestando asesoramiento legal a las distintas sociedades del grupo, incluyendo su actividad hotelera y otras líneas de negocio como Metropolitan , cadena de centros deportivos. Responsabilidades principales Dar soporte al Director de Asesoría Jurídica en la gestión y coordinación del departamento legal. Prestar asesoramiento jurídico corporativo a las distintas áreas del grupo, hoteles, filiales y sociedades vinculadas. Participar en operaciones de adquisición de activos turísticos y proyectos inmobiliarios , incluyendo análisis preliminar, procesos de due diligence , estructuración jurídica y negociación de contratos. Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos mercantiles y corporativos relevantes . Supervisar y apoyar el trabajo de abogados/as más junior del departamento, coordinando plazos y consultas jurídicas internas. Asesorar a los establecimientos hoteleros en cuestiones legales derivadas de su actividad operativa y de nuevos proyectos de negocio. Prestar asesoramiento en materia societaria y gobierno corporativo (actas, operaciones societarias, poderes, cumplimiento normativo, contratación de servicios, etc.). Coordinar la gestión de procedimientos contenciosos y la relación con asesores jurídicos externos. Requisitos Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho . Abogado/a colegiado/a con experiencia consolidada en abogacía mercantil / corporate law . 10–15 años de experiencia profesional como abogado/a senior , desarrollada tanto en despacho de abogados como en empresa. Experiencia en operaciones de M&A, corporate y real estate . Valorable experiencia en sector hotelero, turismo o inversión inmobiliaria . OVERVIEW Working within the Catering Sales team, this position has the responsibility for responding to all banqueting & events enquiries without accommodation in order to maximize revenue & utilization of meeting space, working to ensure, at a minimum, delivery of budgeted revenues. Descripción En MAC Hotels , estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Auxiliar Administrativo/a para unirnos a nuestro equipo de club Mac 3* . Esta es una oportunidad para aquellos que deseen desarrollarse y profesionalizarse en el ámbito de la administración y Turismo, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y eficacia de nuestras operaciones. Responsabilidades Como Auxiliar Administrativo/a, apoyarás al administrador en diversas tareas dentro del área administrativa, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos definidos, elaborando documentación necesaria, revisando y realizando cálculos, a fin de lograr resultados oportunos y garantizar la presentación efectiva del servicio. Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán: Archivar y organizar documentos administrativos. Gestionar contratos, cuadres contables, facturas, albaranes y recibos. Mantener actualizados los registros y bases de datos. Registrar facturas de proveedores. Preparar documentación para el departamento contable. Control básico de pagos, cobros y gastos del hotel. Revisar facturación de clientes y agencias. Requisitos Formación Académica: FP medio y/o Superior en Gestión Administrativa. Se valorará positivamente tener el Grado en ADE. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto administrativo o similar. Idiomas: Nivel intermedio de Inglés (B1-B2) Conocimientos medio en ofimática. Conocimiento básico de gestión financiera, administración y contabilidad. Habilidad para manejar documentos y realizar cálculos con precisión. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Desde CATALONIA HOTELS, cadena hotelera en expansión, estamos en búsqueda de un/a OFICIAL DE MANTENIMIENTO para uno de nuestros hoteles de Barcelona. Las principales tareas a desarrollar son las siguientes: · Planificación de las tareas. · Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo según el manual de calidad. Cumplimentar el formulario a tal fin. · Cumplir los procedimientos de mantenimiento correctivo según el manual de calidad. · Reparar y/o supervisar las averías. Comprobar que las averías queden resueltas. · Realización del proceso de prevención de legionela. Cumplimentar los registros correspondientes. · Asegurarse de que las instalaciones cumplan las normativas vigentes. · Responsable de dirigir el plan de emergencia. · Mantener y conservar en perfecto estado las instalaciones y mobiliario del hotel. · Diagnóstico del estado de las instalaciones e informar al director del hotel. · Promover y realizar acciones de ahorro y eficiencia energética. · Control de las existencias y recambios bajo la aprobación de dirección. REQUISITOS · Experiencia en posición similar. · Estudios técnicos + Carnés de instaladores. · Conocimientos técnicos (electricidad, gas, agua...). · Compromiso, rigor y dedicación.
