ABOUT THE POSITION As Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservations, both individual and group, ensuring a seamless guest experience while actively contributing to the hotel’s commercial and revenue strategy. Key responsibilities: Group reservations: management, follow-up and coordination of tailored group bookings for Montesol Experimental Ibiza, as well as occasional support in handling group requests for our hotel in Menorca, including some travel throughout the year. Individual & Corporate reservations: handling daily enquiries, controlling rates and availability, developing direct sales, managing emails and client follow-ups. Revenue Management & Reporting: monitoring availability, budget and forecast; active participation in pricing and yield strategies; preparation of regular activity reports.
