ABOUT THE POSITION As Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the hotel’s reservations, both individual and group, ensuring a seamless guest experience while actively contributing to the hotel’s commercial and revenue strategy. Key responsibilities: Group reservations: management, follow-up and coordination of tailored group bookings for Montesol Experimental Ibiza, as well as occasional support in handling group requests for our hotel in Menorca, including some travel throughout the year. Individual & Corporate reservations: handling daily enquiries, controlling rates and availability, developing direct sales, managing emails and client follow-ups. Revenue Management & Reporting: monitoring availability, budget and forecast; active participation in pricing and yield strategies; preparation of regular activity reports. Processes & quality: ensuring correct use of reservation procedures, monitoring data quality in the system and implementing best practices. Possibility of covering occasional front desk shifts to support the team depending on operational needs. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a similar role and/or within a high-end hotel environment. Excellent communication skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset. Autonomous, well-organized profile with strong adaptability and decision-making abilities. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. French is a strong plus. Strongly recommended knowledge and use of Opera Cloud. Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel and Experimental, including operating standards, internal procedures, policies, facilities and services, ensuring their proper application within the Reservations department. ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a Bartender Intern M/F to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following: Learn the cocktails on the menu and the list of classic cocktails provided. Understand and know about the products used. Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, respecting our basic rules: use of jiggers at all times, perfectly measured, clean bar tools, swift response time. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to provide the best drinking experience without a hint of pretension. Communicate to the servers and barbacks their needs well in advance.
