Buscamos un/a Guest Experience Manager que lidere la conexión entre nuestro espacio y nuestros clientes en un restaurante lifestyle ubicado en el corazón de Madrid, donde la gastronomía deliciosa, la música y la energía nocturna crean una experiencia inolvidable. Este perfil será el alma visible del proyecto, responsable de crear la atmósfera perfecta, fortalecer relaciones públicas y marcar el ritmo de nuestras noches, cuidando cada detalle para ofrecer momentos únicos. Liderar la experiencia de cliente desde la llegada hasta la despedida, asegurando una atención excepcional, genuina y memorable. Coordinar la iluminación, música, ritmo de sala y ambientación general para cada servicio. Diseñar y gestionar la programación de DJs y eventos musicales, adaptándola al perfil de la noche y del público. Generar y consolidar vínculos con clientes, perfiles influyentes, colaboradores y el entorno lifestyle madrileño. Planificar y dinamizar eventos especiales que enriquezcan la experiencia del cliente en colaboración con el equipo de marketing y dirección. Proponer y activar acciones de marketing experiencial que refuercen la fidelización y posicionamiento del restaurante. Ser el nexo natural entre el cliente, el equipo de sala y la dirección, detectando oportunidades de mejora y potenciando la excelencia del servicio. Requisitos mínimos: Experiencia mínima de 3 años en restauración, dinamizando y fidelizando clientes en entornos de alta energía. Estilo, carisma y sensibilidad hacia el detalle. Conocimiento profundo del mercado gastronómico y de ocio de Madrid. Experticia en la gestión de eventos musicales y coordinación de ambientaciones de sala. Experiencia en gestión de proveedores de DJs y programación de agendas musicales semanales y mensuales. Capacidad para liderar la ambientación del espacio (luces, música, dinámica de sala) con visión estética y sentido del ritmo. Alta capacidad de comunicación, empatía y construcción de relaciones genuinas. Espíritu proactivo, creativo y orientado a la acción. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato indefinido, previo periodo de prueba. Conocimiento de cocina nikkei, insumos orientales y técnicas de servicio. Buen manejo de herramientas digitales (POS, sistemas de reservas). Inglés intermedio / avanzado. Duties and Responsibilities As Duty Manager, I will assume responsibility for the efficient operations of the hotel, in particular, in Front of House, to ensure exceptional products and services in line with brand standards. I will assist to ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced. I will support the Front Desk Manager and Rooms Director continually focus on the rejuvenation of the Rooms and Residences experience. I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role: * Overseeing daily operations, including resort arrivals, departures, check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions. * Maintain a proactive presence in the lobby to welcome guests and address guest concerns promptly and ensuring effective resolutions. * Resolve guest complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and retention. * Coordinating guest experiences, such as reservations, tours, and special requests. * Supporting room inventory management to optimize occupancy and revenue. * Collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B teams to deliver personalized service. * Reviewing daily PMS reports, ensuring accuracy, and addressing discrepancies. * Maintaining detailed guest history profiles for tailored services. * Managing host schedules and ensuring high standards of grooming, punctuality, and professionalism. * Attend and contribute to departmental meetings and briefings as required by the Front of House Manager or senior leadership. * To manage all aspects of reporting teams daily checklists. * To cover night shifts on a regular basis, as operational needs dictate. * Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front of House Manager or senior leadership. * To strictly adhere to LQA, Forbes and brand standards as well as guest comments. * To upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. Qualification To execute the position of Duty Manager, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following: * Possess a minimum of three years total experience in similar hotel operational role. * In terms of frontline rooms management, I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer. * I am a responsive, engaged and interactive leader, capable of building strong positive relationships with hosts that results in a shared vision of success for the operation, demonstrated ability to leverage shared resources, undertake training as needed and to manage through influence. * Technical skills include Advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. * Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus. * Valid Spanish Work Permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role. Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms, the Duty Manager will oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during their shift, ensuring that all departments are aligned in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.
