La persona seleccionada se incorporará como Senior Legal Counsel , trabajando estrechamente con la Dirección Jurídica y prestando asesoramiento legal a las distintas sociedades del grupo, incluyendo su actividad hotelera y otras líneas de negocio como Metropolitan , cadena de centros deportivos. Buscamos un perfil de abogado/a senior con sólida trayectoria en abogacía mercantil , que haya desarrollado su carrera tanto en despacho de abogados de reconocido prestigio como en empresa , con experiencia en operaciones corporativas y capacidad para coordinar proyectos jurídicos complejos. Responsabilidades principales Dar soporte al Director de Asesoría Jurídica en la gestión y coordinación del departamento legal. Prestar asesoramiento jurídico corporativo a las distintas áreas del grupo, hoteles, filiales y sociedades vinculadas. Participar en operaciones de adquisición de activos turísticos y proyectos inmobiliarios , incluyendo análisis preliminar, procesos de due diligence , estructuración jurídica y negociación de contratos. Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos mercantiles y corporativos relevantes . Supervisar y apoyar el trabajo de abogados/as más junior del departamento, coordinando plazos y consultas jurídicas internas. Asesorar a los establecimientos hoteleros en cuestiones legales derivadas de su actividad operativa y de nuevos proyectos de negocio. Prestar asesoramiento en materia societaria y gobierno corporativo (actas, operaciones societarias, poderes, cumplimiento normativo, contratación de servicios, etc.). Coordinar la gestión de procedimientos contenciosos y la relación con asesores jurídicos externos. Requisitos Licenciatura o Grado en Derecho . Abogado/a colegiado/a con experiencia consolidada en abogacía mercantil / corporate law . 10–15 años de experiencia profesional como abogado/a senior , desarrollada tanto en despacho de abogados como en empresa. Experiencia en operaciones de M&A, corporate y real estate . Valorable experiencia en sector hotelero, turismo o inversión inmobiliaria . Alta capacidad de análisis jurídico, negociación contractual y gestión de proyectos. Perfil con mentalidad pragmática, orientación a negocio y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.     Overview The Assistant Director of Convention Services plays a key role in supporting the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of group events, conferences, and conventions within the hotel. This position reports directly to the Director of Catering & Convention Services and works closely with the Conventions Services teams to ensure seamless delivery of all group and event operations. Assists with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis related to group and event operations. Oversees the coordination of all logistical aspects of assigned groups, ensuring accurate and timely communication between clients and internal departments. Works proactively to anticipate client needs, resolves issues, and maximizes customer satisfaction throughout the planning and on-site phases. Maintains strong relationships with key MICE, Corporate, Entertainment, and Leisure group accounts, collaborating closely with Sales, Catering, and Operational teams. Ensures that all events are executed in alignment with brand standards, operational procedures, and the hotel’s financial goals. Essential Functions Ensures that all departmental procedures are followed consistently and provides weekly reminders and follow-up to the Convention Services team. Verifies that proformas are accurate and that all financial figures match the information in Opera. Ensures that payments are received within the required timelines and supervises follow-up actions when necessary. Oversees the learning and development of Convention Services talents, ensuring they gain full understanding of the end-to-end event process. Participates in pre-convention meetings as needed and may occasionally attend event exit chats. Provides guidance, motivation, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Encourages upselling and proactive service behaviors. Helps develop team specialists in small projects that contribute to departmental improvement and innovation. Acts as a role model for service excellence, professionalism, and Marriott brand standards. The Assistant Director of Convention Services collaborates closely with the Director of Catering & Convention Services in the evaluation and performance review of the team.
